Biography Ito Hikozo(1903-2004) was an illustrator born in Oita Prefecture. A descendant of Ito Ittosai, a great swordsman. Studied illustration under Migita Toshihide, an illustrator at Asahi Shimbun Newspaper Company in Tokyo. Also studied under Hashimoto Kansetsu. Known for his illustration, "Amakusa Shiro" in the magazine, "Boy's Club."
