Biography Yasuoka Masahiro(1898-1983) was a fortuneteller, philosopher and thinker born in Osaka. Established the "Kokuikai", the right-wing organization in 1932 and the "New Japan Council" with Kishi Nobusuke, Abe Genki and Kimura Tokutaro in 1958. Was active as a conservative by participating in the Anpo protests and the constitutional revision movement. Also devoted to the spread of oriental thought. His brother was Horita Shinkai.
