Biography Noguchi Ujo(1882-1945) was a poet born in Ibaraki Prefecture. Born into a famous family running a shipping agency. Traveled around the country for developing poems and devoted to spread the folk songs and nursery rhymes. Produced many masterpieces such as the poem collections "city and countryside," "unrealizable dreams," the collection of nursery rhymes "Full moon on Jugoya," and the folk songs collection "the Habu Port."
