Biography Shinne-shoin(1434~1512) was a monk of Jodoshin-shu sect. The 10th head priest of Senshu-ji Temple in Ise. The eldest son of Sadaaki, the 9th head priest of Senshu-ji Temple in Shimono, Takada. Studied Kenmitsu, a Buddhism sect at Kojo-ji Temple of Jodo-shu sect in Hitachi Province. Spread the teaching in Ise, Mikawa, Echizen and Kaga. Succeeded the Koshu-ji Temple in Takada and built Muryoju-in Temple in Ishinden, Ise Province. Received the monk titles, Hoin and Daisozu.
