Biography Soga Shohaku (1730-1781) was a Japanese painter born in Kyoto. Studied painting under Takada Keiho. Respected and studied the painting of Soga Jasoku and called himself as Soga Jasoku, the 10th. Associated with Ike Taiga. Known as an eccentric person who has many anecdotes.
