Biography Fukuda Hanko(1804-1864) was a Japanese painter born in Enshu, now Shizuoka Prefecture. Studied painting under Muramatsu Iko who was a pupil of Tani Buncho. After that he studied painting under Kazan in Edo(now Tokyo). Excelled at landscape painting.
